MagnaColour – 2013
Time to turn on the animation factory.
MagnaColour was a very successful industrialized animation challenge. The goal was to model, texture, rig and animate 26 characters in 12 days. To make sure we met our deadline and budget I decided to limit rigging and animation and shift the resources to modelling and texturing to make sure we met the client’s conceptual art.
I was responsible for managing the animation pipeline, scheduling tasks and also animating the characters. With a great team we managed to complete this project within scope.
